FINES & COSTS: Northwood Mayor’s Court has receipted for the month of December 2007: Fines - $3,235.00; Forfeitures - $2,713.00; Costs - $3,159.00 for a total of $9,107.00.


INFORMATION:
(Fire Department) Recruit Richard Etts has resigned from the Fire Department due to time restraints. Effective date was June 26, 2007.

MOTIONS:
(CRA Housing Council) I recommend appointing Jim Barton to fill the unexpired term of Rick Radocy on the CRA Housing Council. Effective date will be January 11, 2008. Term expires on December 31, 2008.

(CHIS/CHIP Housing Advisory) I recommend appointing Hope Anderson, 208 Ritter Avenue, Northwood, OH to serve on the Housing Advisory Committee for CHIS/CHIP for a new 1 year term. Effective date January 11, 2008. Term expires on December 31, 2008.

I recommend appointing Don Corley of WSOS to serve on the Housing Advisory Committee for CHIS/CHIP for a new 2 year term. Effective date January 11, 2008. Term expires on December 31, 2009.

I recommend appointing James Lewis, 235 Lester Avenue, Northwood, OH to serve on the Housing Advisory Committee for CHIS/CHIP for a new 3 year term. Effective date January 11, 2008. Term expires on December 31, 2010.

I recommend appointing Dennis Pyle, Fifth Third Bank and Deb Hornstein, Danberry Realtors to serve on the Housing Advisory Committee for CHIS/CHIP. Effective date January 11, 2008. Term expires on December 31, 2008.

I recommend appointing Sandra Perry and Patricia Bacon to serve on the Housing Advisory Committee for CHIS/CHIP. Effective date January 11, 2008. Term expires on December 31, 2008.
