*Topic with a lot of discussion was the Rec and Parks committee. Original plan would be this 3 council member committee would replace Rec Board. This ordinance will be brought up for 2nd reading on Thursday. If you have any concerns about this you may want to attend this meeting. Hopefully, the audio will be available before Thursday's council meeting.

Ord. 2007-46: Ordinance to amend Northwood Codified Ordinance 434.03 titled maximum speed limits, and declaring an emergency.
Council action to date: The second reading was held on December 13, 2007.
Ord. 2007-49: Ordinance establishing a Parks, Recreation and Open Space committee
as a standing committee of the Northwood City Council, and declaring an emergency.
Council action to date: The first reading was held on December 13, 2007.
Res. 2007-13: Resolution to support a senior citizen housing project in the City of Northwood, and declaring an emergency.
Council action to date: The second reading was held on December 13, 2007.
NEW LEGISLATION:
Ord. 2007-1: Ordinance adopting Chapter 220 of the Northwood Codified Ordinances titled Council, and Rules, for the year 2008.
